All services are priced based on the condition, type, and size of the vehicle. A detailed estimate will be provided before service commencement.

3. Scheduling

Appointments are required for all services. You must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

Payments must be upon service completion. We accept various forms of payment, including Zelle and cash. All payments are non-refundable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a suitable condition for detailing. This includes removing all personal belongings and ensuring the vehicle is accessible.

6. Liability

While we strive to deliver top-notch services, Fresh Lightning Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle or including but not limited to:

• Scratches

• Paint swirls

• Loss or theft of personal items

7. Service Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will strive to resolve the issue.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will solely be used for service , invoicing, and communication purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Modification of Terms

Fresh Lightning Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
